Field Trip!

We will be going to the Sonoran Desert Museum on Monday, December 5th. It will be a wonderful hands-on opportunity to explore animals and plants of the desert region. We will also attend a special class that focuses on adaptations. Students need to bring a sack lunch and dress appropriately. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to be a chaperone.

BIG MAY!

We have many fun events this month to celebrate learning and the end of our school year. On Tuesday, May 17 we will go see Diary of a Wimpy Kid 2. On Thursday, May 19th (9:00-11:00) we will have a pool and eegees party here at LPA! On Friday, May 20th we will travel to visit the Arizona History Museum. All events require a signed permission form. The total cost is $7 per student.

Monday, May 23rd is the Honor Assembly celebrating student achievement.

Tuesday, May 24th is pajama day for our class. Bring a favorite book and a board game!

Wednesday, May 25th is the last day of school. Report cards will be distributed at dismissal (11:30).

Weekly Update by Logan

This week in math we are working on decimals and adding and subtraction. In science today we are reading non-fiction books. Some are about reptiles, and some are about amphibians. Parents, thank you for putting your children in this school.

This week has been fun. There is a lot to learn about the world, and this place can help you learn those things. All the teachers and counselors are very nice here. This is a good school for all kids K-8th.That is my report!!!!
